How long did it take for you to get GWAMM? - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

Better question would be /age of ur GWAMM when u got it. For instance I got a gwamm on my ranger, and hes at about 1.5k hours, but ive also done alot of pvp and afk with him. So lets assume 1k hours playtime to get gwamm, then its simple maths to calculate how long it would take u to accrue those hours. (Or watever the average time is based on what others find.

still going on "storage" account

but then again i have just been doing lots and lots of farming and not acutally working on my titles for this account.

4months on my main which i dont really use anymore. but then again i did take a few months off work thanks to breaking my foot

cant drive a van with no foot thank goodness.

I spent roughly about 4 months getting GWAMM on my paragon, and roughly a year getting it on my mesmer. I got too caught up in DoA and took me a bit longer with the mesmer.

Gwamm is not a hard title to get if you just focus on it, and do a few VQ's a day as that is the most time consuming title to do outside of allegiance/lucky/unlucky/TH/wisdom.

LOL, at this rate someone will or is probably already attempting to go for a GWAMMSC.

Still working on getting GWAMM on my Paragon and she's almost 4 years old. But then I've had up to 6 months off GW at a time, so it could have been faster.

Ele ~ 3 years, 4k hrs of play
War ~ 6 months, 800 hr of play
Necro ~ 5 years (oldest character), 1.5k hrs of play

All pve accountwide titles were maxed during the AGE OF MAGES (lol, during my ele and necro, hence so many hrs). None of my gwamms have carto titles because I am not a texmod user. QQ more about my pro-ness.

I find it odd how people complain about Korean MMO grinding when it takes far less time to reach max level in several MMOs than it takes to get GWAMM.

Should take you about 6 months if you know what you're doing and have the time (this could vary depending on available holiday events to farm items), 1 to 1 and a half years if you know what you're doing but don't have a ton of time to dedicate, and about 2 to 3 and years if you're starting from scratch with no experience and don't play 24/7. In actual gameplay time it could range from 1,500 hours to 3,000 hours, depending on how focused you are on titles.

EDIT: this is assuming you are starting with 0 cash and 0 titles.

Took me close to a year to get my first GWAMM, never bothered about titles when I started playing. Started working on my 2nd GWAMM a year later which I got in less then 3 months, it's a breeze once you get a few account wide titles like wisdom, luxon and kurzick.

On a side note: I've helped over 1000+ people get their titles with my running service in the last two years XD
